At MediaOfficers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of a Local Rank Tracker plan. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost. No payment is required and no refand is applicable.

2. Paid Plans — Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided:

This is your first purchase of that plan level.
You have not previously received a refund from us.
Your usage did not violate our Terms of Service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests made after 7 days from purchase.
Renewal charges (you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged).
Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations.
Dissatisfaction with Google ranking results (as rankings are determined by Google, not us).

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not immediately terminate access — you retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@mediaofficers.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Local Rank Tracker". Include your registered email address and payment ID. We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

6. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
