Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Local Rank Tracker tool ("Service") operated by MediaOfficers ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Local Rank Tracker is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that allows users to monitor keyword rankings in Google Search results for specific locations. The Service provides data and analytics only. We do not provide SEO services, manage your Google Business Profile, or guarantee any specific ranking outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By registering, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Paid plans are billed as described on the Plans page.
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service without our written consent.
Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

⚠️ Important: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.
Rankings reported will match what any specific user sees in their own browser.
The Service will meet your specific business or SEO objectives.

We make no guarantee of improved search rankings, increased traffic, or business growth.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaOfficers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of MediaOfficers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. You retain ownership of the keyword data you input into the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including Google (for search data) and Razorpay (for payments). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes that affect our Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and data may be deleted after 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
