competition

completed SEO work is non-refundable
monthly SEO retainers already processed are generally non-refundable
partial refunds may be considered only before substantial work begins

PPC & Advertising Services
Advertising management fees paid to MediaOfficers are generally non-refundable once:
campaigns are configured
strategy work has started
account setup is completed
optimization work has begun
Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is controlled by those platforms and is subject to their own refund policies.
Website Development Projects
For website development services:
advance payments secure project scheduling and resource allocation
completed milestones and delivered work are non-refundable
refunds are not applicable after project approval or final delivery
If a project is canceled before development begins, partial refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Consultation Services
